In keeping with the vision of international quality standards, the Quality Management System (QMS) of J.K. White Cement Works, Gotan has been certified by the prestigious Lloyds Register for Quality Assurance since the year 1993. It was not only one of the few Cement plants which was certified with ISO 9000, but also among the very few whose Marketing department is also included in the scope of certification.

The Plant has now been certified with the latest revised standard of ISO 9001. Besides, the plant is also accredited with OHSAS 18001 ISO 9000:14001 and Social Accountability 8000 certification, all of which go on to make it one of the most comprehensive, holistic quality management endeavours in the category.

J.K. White Cement Works, Gotan is the first plant in the entire cement industry in India to be accredited with the NABL-National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (BIS and EN Standards) at international standards. NABL accreditation is a formal recognition of the technical competence of a testing, calibration or medical laboratory for a specific task following ISO/IEC 17025:2005, ISO 15189:2007 Standards.
